Gateshead v Leyton Orient

Date: 25/08/2018

Time: 15:00

Venue: Gateshead International Stadium

Despite losing their opening game of the season to Bromley, Gateshead have recently found their form as they are currently on a three-game winning streak.

Steve Watson's side have defeated the likes of Dover Athletic, Maidenhead United and Salford City so far this campaign.

On the other hand, Leyton Orient still remain unbeaten within the National League, recording three draws and two victories.

Just a point behind Gateshead, the O's will look to use this opportunity to leapfrog The Heed and push for a place in the play-off spots.

Team News

David Mooney's future at the club has been a large talking point over the past week and we expect that the striker won't be travelling with the squad. Furthermore, following a hamstring problem, Brophy may not feature and Elokobi remains of the sidelines. Gateshead, however, have a fully fit squad at their disposal.
